This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and collaborative People Business Partner to join a high-performing People & Culture team in Dubai. You'll partner closely with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives while supporting the full employee lifecycle across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and UAE labour law
• Support talent management initiatives including onboarding, performance, and succession planning
• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
• Oversee performance management processes and coach managers on best practices
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Manage and optimise HR systems and people data reporting
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Contribute to change management and organisational development projects

The successful candidate will have

• 4-5 years' experience in a People Business Partner or similar HR role
• Background in a fast-paced, international or scale-up environment
