This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and collaborative People Business Partner to join a high-performing People & Culture team in Dubai. You'll partner closely with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives while supporting the full employee lifecycle across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and UAE labour law
- Support talent management initiatives including onboarding, performance, and succession planning
- Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
- Oversee performance management processes and coach managers on best practices
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Manage and optimise HR systems and people data reporting
- Support compensation and benefits benchmarking
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Contribute to change management and organisational development projects
The successful candidate will have
- 4-5 years' experience in a People Business Partner or similar HR role
- Background in a fast-paced, international or scale-up environment
