Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to join our team for the establishment of our new factory in Egypt. This role will be critical in building HR processes from the ground up and supporting ongoing manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in payroll, labor law, recruitment, and factory setup, with prior experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full HR setup for a new manufacturing facility, including policies, procedures, and systems
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for blue-collar and technical roles
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Oversee payroll operations, compensation, and benefits administration
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with production goals
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
• Collaborate with leadership during factory setup and operational scaling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local labor legislation
• Proven experience in factory setup or greenfield projects is highly preferred
• Solid experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
