We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partners based in Jeddah, KSA, a dynamic organization seeking to strengthen its human capital function. As part of their continued focus on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, they are looking for an experienced HR leader to join the team:

Position: HR Business Partner Location: Jeddah, KSA Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee HR functions including Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Design and implement succession plans, performance improvement programs (PIP), and comprehensive training initiatives.
  • Manage manpower planning, HR budgets, and workforce analytics.
  • Deliver insights and reports on recruitment, retention, and overall HR KPIs to executive management.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure HR processes meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Update and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and best practices in line with evolving business needs.
  • Coach and mentor HR teams to enhance effectiveness and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to Talent Management, L&D, and strategic HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, interfacing with leadership and influencing organizational decisions.
  • Experience with workforce planning, performance management, and HR analytics
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor regulations in Saudi Arabia, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, and strategic thinking capability.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
