The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) partners closely with business leaders in one of the company’s operating segments to deliver HR strategies that drive business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership as well as a resource to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, programs and best practices. Additionally, the HRBP provides both strategic and tactical HR support across multiple disciplines including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and manager development, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. This role requires in-office presence to collaborate effectively with teams and leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong experience consulting and guiding leaders in HR areas including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent management.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Understanding of HR analytics, with the ability to interpret data and leverage data to drive decisions.
Knowledge of HR best practices and able to balance best practice with organizational priorities
Ability to meet deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure & effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions
Self-motivation, leadership, teamwork and collaboration.
Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving, with a demonstrated track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
