University or Master degree in related fields such as Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,
Minimum 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner,
Preferably experienced in textile retailing companies,
Having good level of MS Office skills,
Excellent verbal & written English skills,
Strong analytical skills,
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working with headquarters department heads and managers to understand the business needs,
Executing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, and organizational change, development processes for his/her Account,
Managing legal processes in accordance with labor law,
Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all HR processes, systems, practices and make regular field visits,
To lead HR projects regarding employee engagament and loyalty.
