Summary: Reporting to Sr. HR Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner serves as an advisor and trusted partner to manufacturing leadership, providing counsel on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and compliance. This role maintains a visible and accessible presence on the manufacturing floor, coaching managers through complex people issues while driving initiatives that enhance safety, engagement, performance, and operational results. The HRBP ensures HR practices align with manufacturing operations and business objectives while fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts, financial ratios, and business equations. Possess strong analytical skills.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of HRIS Software, Timekeeping and Payroll systems; Microsoft Office Suite with a high level of expertise in Excel & Power Point. Experience working with UKG or Oracle is a plus.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role resides in a facility with manufacturing and warehouse departments and requires a presence in these environments on a regular basis.

COMPENSATION: After thorough market analysis, LAPP takes many factors into consideration when determining base salary such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, etc. of the candidate. The total compensation for this role will range between $80,000 - $100,000 (including participation in LAPP's bonus plan).
