Doxim’s next Human Resources Business Partner (Suwanee, GA)
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will use a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance that drives business results and supports our people strategy. In this role, you will participate in handling complex employee relations issues, workforce planning, building high-performing teams, and navigating organizational challenges. You will also have the opportunity to learn and understand the business deeply through a mindset or curiosity and continuous improvement.
This role is based out of the Suwanee, GA area with some ability to work from home periodically. The role primarily supports our print production facilities located across the United States and Canada. This support is provided through a mix of in-person and remote interactions in both English and Spanish. Travel is required, at times with short notice, and fluency in Spanish is needed.Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance, input, and change management strategies on workforce planning, performance management, compensation planning, business unit restructures, and succession planning for your business units, spanning multiple countries.
- Manage and resolve a variety of complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations where needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment legislation, health & safety regulations, and best practices across multiple countries to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Assist in the development, implementation, interpretation, and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement as well as assist in periodic negotiations as needed.
- Ensure that employees understand the HR programs and benefits available to them.
- Work with leaders to develop offers for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding cycle to attract great talent and create an engaging onboarding for new team members.
- Analyze trends and metrics to design solutions in partnership with your business units and the HR group to improve the work environment.
- Work closely with leaders and employees to build strong work relationships, boost morale, resulting in an increase of productivity and retention.
- Identify learning & development needs for business units, including evaluating that training objectives have been met.
- Track headcount targets for assigned business units.
- Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Skills- Excellent English communication and presentation skills across a variety of mediums (in-person, video, email).
- Fluency in Spanish required.
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and train team members, and adapt your approach to the different needs of the group.
- Ability to think critically and analytically when solving problems.

- Ability to consistently and reliably apply policies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications- 5 years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner in a role that blends both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience across key functional areas of human resources namely talent development, health & safety - management, performance management, policy development, succession planning, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience supporting groups with Collective Bargaining Agreements in place.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (equivalent work experience may be considered) .
- Travel up to 20%, primarily across the United States & Canada.
