About the Role
The Human Resources team plays a vital role in managing and optimizing talent across the organization. We identify key talent to drive company growth, oversee HR processes, and support employees through recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment processes: job postings, application review, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to support new employees’ integration
- Administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave)
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
- Provide training programs to enhance skills and career growth
- Mediate employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Support additional HR functions including promotions, transfers, and organizational development
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions with professionalism and accuracy
