Human Resources Co-ordinator

We're Hiring: HR Executive (Female Preferred)

Location: TSF Variety Mega Mall
Timing: 11:00 Noon to 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 + Medical + Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the online affiliate marketing team to help boost sales and performance.
• Manage their order processing, incentive tracking, scheduling of meetings & trainings.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports for both store and online operations.
• Create, implement, and maintain HR policies as per company standards.
• Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing and salary calculations.
• Assist in day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in retail or online operations.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or any HR management tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
