What You'll Do:
- Answer questions for associates, and assist with customer service situations when needed.
- Assist with the Open Enrollment process annually by completing paperwork, providing information, answering questions, and providing levels of customer service to all associates
- Complete filing of paperwork and assist with maintaining of benefit files for associates
- Assist with benefit notification to eligible associates to ensure timely distribution of enrollments
- Complete filing of paperwork and assist with maintaining of personnel files for all on-site employees
- Maintain file management to ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Assist People Operations executives with special projects
- Office reception duties
- Any other tasks assigned or directed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Excellent computer/pc skills
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the telephone
- High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Positive, helpful attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates.
- Ability to learn/grow in order to take on higher level of Human Resources functions.
- Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs.
- Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5. Work in excess of 40 hours per week is likely.
- Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required.
