Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on FMLA and workers' compensation claims.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Collaborate with management on change management strategies and organization design.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics to support strategic planning efforts.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to affirmative action planning and OSHA regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in human capital management, workforce management, and project management.
- Knowledge of ATS systems such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, or UltiPro.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee evaluation, benefits administration, and training & development.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
