To be a successful Human Resources Compliance Coordinator you must become able to do the following always:
1. Assist with facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation activities including employee badges.
2. Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reports as directed by supervisor.
3. Management of accurate and complete employee records ensuring compliance with new hire documentation requirements. Assist with audits requiring review of employee files.
4. Assist with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) maintenance, data entry, tracking, and reporting.
5. Assist with required pre-employment background checks to ensure they are in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
6. Assist with work comp including responding to investigating claims. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including OSHA and complete all reporting requirements. Participate in the Environment of Care Committee and partner with the Facilities and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Departments to assist with all workplace safety for the Company.
7. Manage Risk Management & Liability vendors and partners to meet compliance standards.
8. Regularly track risks and assist with updating controls.
9. Back up contact for company property & casualty insurance. Work with HR Compliance Administrator on current and future coverage. Provide data and information as requested.
10. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
11. Other assigned duties by the supervisor.

To qualify for this job, you need to have:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Two to three years human resources experience preferred.
3. Compliance & Auditing experience.
4. Experience with human resources information system required.
5. Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
Maintain company-required training.
6. Physical working requirements - Ability to travel, driving company or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Able to walk stairs. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Employee is subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
