Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee record management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: post job openings, screen resumes, conduct applicant phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding and off boarding of human resources, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
  • Track and maintain employee certifications and licenses to ensure compliance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Support benefits administration, training, and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with implementing human resources policies, procedures, and system updates
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and concerns
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence as needed
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee personnel files

Non-Essential Functions of Human Resources Coordinator

  • Cross-train and serve as a backup in other departmental areas
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour
