Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee record management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: post job openings, screen resumes, conduct applicant phone screens, and schedule interviews
- Facilitate employee on-boarding and off boarding of human resources, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
- Track and maintain employee certifications and licenses to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support benefits administration, training, and employee development initiatives
- Assist with implementing human resources policies, procedures, and system updates
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and concerns
- Draft and edit professional correspondence as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee personnel files
Non-Essential Functions of Human Resources Coordinator
- Cross-train and serve as a backup in other departmental areas
- Perform related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
