Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team in the U.S. This role will be responsible for all Human Resources functions and labor relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

About the Role

This role reports to the U.S. general director (Indirectly to the corporate HR director) and takes full responsibility for all the aspects of the HR and labor relations. It´s a full time and on site job.

Responsibilities (Not limited to)

• Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Payroll & benefits management
• Employee relations and workplace climate
• Training and development programs
• Performance evaluations and talent reviews
• Feedback systems and continuous improvement initiatives
• Any other assigned by the company in the HR field

Qualifications

This role requires experience handling HR/labor relations issues with unions; also requires availability to travel to different locations.

Previous experience in the HR field is required, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
