The Rol

eWe are seeking a HR Coordinato r to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team. The role is key to ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws, as well as university policies

.The successful candidate will manage a broad range of HR and payroll tasks, support employee benefits administration, maintain HR systems and records, provide HR reporting and analytics, and assist with projects to continuously improve HR services

Main Duties and Responsibiliti

esPayroll & Benefits Administrati

  • onPrepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE Labour Law, including allowances, overtime, deductions, and final settlement
  • s.Coordinate with Finance on payroll processing and reportin
  • g.Process reimbursement claims and adjunct staff payroll based on approved timesheet
  • s.Respond to employee payroll and benefits queries professionally and timel
  • y.Prepare official HR letters, including salary certificates, experience letters, and consulate letter
  • s.Administer employee medical insurance, including enrolments, deletions, renewals, and claim
  • s.Manage annual ticket allowance and ensure documentation compliance before processin

g.HR Systems & Reporti

  • ngMaintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS
  • ).Support HRIS issues, upgrades, integrations, and migration
  • s.Develop HR dashboards, metrics, and reports for management and compliance purpose
  • s.Provide data-driven insights to support HR initiatives in recruitment, retention, and engagemen

  • rtServe as a point of contact for employee HR queries and visa-related matter
  • s.Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administrative task
