<Duties>
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and reports.
- Develop and generate HR reports and dashboards to analyze key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, and trends; proactively identify insights and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate and support talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through platforms like Indeed, and conducting interviews to identify top talent.
- Coordinate scheduling interview with Partners and candidates.
- Advise on HR best practices, policies, and procedures aligned with California employment laws.
- Maintain Addendums to Employee Handbook current.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee file compliance.
- Assist with performance management and documentation.
- Guide and support leadership in employee relations matters.
- Manage employee day off request according to company policy.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are engaged and well-informed about company policies and culture.
- Assist with employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, supporting performance management initiatives, and facilitating training & development programs.
- Oversee benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and compliance with FMLA regulations, ensuring employees understand their options and rights.
- Coordinate any compliance certificates courses for our technicians.
- Support employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns promptly and assisting in conflict management resolutions.
- Contribute to HR projects such as affirmative action planning, succession planning, and organization design to align workforce strategies with business goals.
- Support company practices and initiatives, ensuring a welcoming workplace.
- Coordinate company internal events with our managers to insure events are in compliance.
- Be available for periodic on-site visits for file audits or training, as needed.

- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles along with employment & labor law compliance to ensure legal adherence.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively.
- Skilled in project management and strategic planning to support organizational change initiatives like change management or workforce management.
- Ability to manage benefits administration processes including workers' compensation and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in data collection, data entry, and administrative functions related to human resources operations.
