We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our organizational staffing, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human resources management practices. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and HRIS administration to ensure efficient workforce management aligned with our mission and values.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and documentation to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or Oracle HCM; ensure data collection is precise and up-to-date.
- Assist in performance management processes by coordinating employee evaluations and supporting training & development programs.
- Contribute to compliance efforts related to employment & labor law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), affirmative action planning, and organizational design.
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles within healthcare or related sectors.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS, Lawson, CISIVE, CheckPT; experience with ATS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment law regulations including FMLA, workers' compensation policies, OSHA standards, and labor law compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels and external partners.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday; proficiency in data collection and reporting is advantageous.
