Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations, ensuring seamless management of human resources. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, support strategic planning efforts, and enhance overall workforce management. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through indeed, and temporary staffing agencies.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Support employee evaluation processes by assisting with performance reviews
  • Facilitate benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA standards.
  • Assist in employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting positive communication skills across teams.
  • Contribute to HR sourcing strategies and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in data entry, time clock management, spreadsheets
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and HR compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively manage employee relations.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in training & development programs and organizational design projects.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change management processes while maintaining a strategic focus on talent management initiatives.
