Human Resources Coordinator

Hairfield Vault Company in Morganton, NC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator is a hybrid job that will be responsible for covering the recruitment life cycle in 3 locations as well as customer service activities in the Morganton office.

Responsibilities (This list is not all-inclusive)

Full cycle recruitment processing for all locations: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding (Travel to other locations is usually a day trip with mileage reimbursement)

Answer phones to take customer orders

Process payroll for all locations on a weekly basis

Liaison for employee HR needs for company policies

Assist with the employee disciplinary process and documentation

Workers comp claims and OSHA logs

Requirements

Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience (1+ years of HR/recruitment/customer service experience)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to work one weekend per month in customer service (days off to compensate for time)

Experience or willingness to learn Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
