The
Human Resources Coordinator
will
support core HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll, HR systems
, employee records management,
and compliance while ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience
.

What
you'll
do:

Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, employee file setup, orientation, and
separation
documentation.

Maintain
accurate
and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (ADP) and physical files, ensuring proper documentation and record retention.
-
Assist
with
benefits
administration, including enrollments, status changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
-
Support payroll processing by
maintaining
accurate
employee data and ensuring
timely
updates related to new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.

Serve as point of contact for employee questions, providing
timely
and
accurate
information
regarding
policies, procedures, and benefits.

Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.

Assist
in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, including company events, community
involvement
, training sessions, and recognition programs.

Support training and development activities by coordinating
logistics
, scheduling, and materials.

Monitor and update HR forms, policies, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide general administrative support and
assist
with special projects as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
-
Associates or
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
, Business Administration, or related field preferred
.
-
1+ years of relevant experience in human resources, administrative support, or internship experience in HR or related field preferred.

Basic understanding of HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, payroll, and benefits.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Proficien
cy
with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (ADP), and similar computer applications.

Demonstrated
time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize,
and meet
deadlines with great attention to details.

Advanced
proficiency
with
Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
