We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Hampton Nursing and Rehab. As a valuable member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll process while providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll, including calculation, verification, and submission of employee payrolls to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee data, benefits, and payroll information.
• Administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
• Coordinate with management and department heads to ensure accurate and timely submission of time-off requests and vacation schedules.
• Answer employee inquiries and responding to general HR-related questions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Schedule clinical staff for shifts, maintaining a master schedule, fill in openings to ensure staffing is sufficient.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in human resources, payroll, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
