We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Administer benefits programs and payroll systems using tools such as ADP, while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and OSHA standards.
- Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, training & development sessions, and succession planning efforts.
- SuccessFactors; generate reports for strategic planning and workforce management purposes.
- Assist with compliance activities related to FMLA, workers’ compensation, affirmative action planning, and contracts administration.
- Contribute to organizational design projects by supporting change management initiatives and implementing effective HR sourcing strategies.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and employment & labor law regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and employee onboarding processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate employee relations, conflict management, and training sessions effectively.
- Proficiency in platforms such as ADP is preferred.
- Ability to handle data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration, workforce management tools like UltiPro or Dayforce, and organizational design principles.
