Position Overview

We are expanding our HR team and seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This is an entry-level, in-office position (not remote) ideal for someone eager to grow in the human resources field.

In this role, you will provide administrative support across a variety of HR functions while delivering excellent internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support
  • Assist with benefit enrollments and administration
  • Manage I-9 documentation and background checks
  • Perform payroll and benefit reconciliations
  • Support audits of payroll deductions and HR processes
  • Process terminations and assist with performance review preparation
  • Maintain employee records and prepare new hire files
  • Assist with HR projects, research, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in HR or equivalent education
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to meet attendance and productivity standards
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
  • Work is performed in an in-office setting with minimal physical risk
