Internship Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Human Resources Intern to support our corporate relations and business development efforts. The intern will be responsible for identifying companies that are hiring and reaching out to them with partnership proposals, enabling to supply trained candidates to their workforce requirements.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world exposure in HR, corporate communication, and business development while contributing to a meaningful mission of youth employability.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Research and identify companies that are actively hiring for various roles or internships.

Contact HR departments, recruiters, and business heads via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to explore collaboration opportunities.

Draft and send formal proposal letters or partnership emails on behalf of the Company.

Assist in creating and maintaining a database of potential and confirmed partner companies.

Support the HR and placement team in organizing tie-ups, MoUs, and internship/job drives.

Maintain communication records and follow up with potential partners professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams to match company requirements with suitable student candidates.

Prepare weekly reports on outreach activities and progress.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).

Strong research and networking ability (especially via LinkedIn and professional platforms).

Basic understanding of HR functions and corporate communication.

Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Remote / Hybrid (open to candidates across India)

Performance-based stipend or incentive per successful company partnership.

Internship completion certificate from the Organization.

Letter of recommendation (based on performance).

Exposure to real-world HR and corporate networking practices.

Pay: ₹24,420.00 - ₹41,432.38 per year
