Human Resources Data Analyst

Position: Senior Officer, HR Data & Analytics

Department: MRE People and Culture

Reporting to: Associate, HR Data & Analytics


Looking for a highly analytical and driven Senior Officer, HR Data & Analytics to join People & Culture department function and play a key role in shaping our people analytics and workforce planning strategy .


In this role, you will transform complex HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, enhance workforce efficiency, and strengthen organizational performance. You’ll work across platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and SharePoint , delivering advanced dashboards, predictive analytics, and workforce simulations for senior leadership.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development of dynamic HR dashboards across recruitment, performance, payroll, and engagement
  • Manage end-to-end HR data processes, ensuring accuracy, governance, and automation
  • Build advanced Power BI models (DAX, Power Query) and interactive visualizations
  • Drive workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting analysis
  • Identify automation opportunities and support HR digital transformation initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver impactful insights


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or workforce planning
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI and strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
