Human Resources Director

Location: Prince Sultan Road, Al Salamah District, Jeddah, KSA

Monthly Compensation: SAR 32,000

The Human Capital Mandate: Thuan Phat HR is appointing a Human Resources Director to lead our regional operations and strategic recruitment initiatives from our executive office on Prince Sultan Road. In the competitive landscape of Saudi Arabia’s labor market, this role is the bridge between international talent pools and the Kingdom’s industrial and commercial needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of human capital—from high-volume sourcing and visa processing to long-term organizational development and employee retention.

The Specialist Profile: We are looking for a veteran with 15 years of "on-the-ground" HR leadership, specifically within the recruitment or manpower outsourcing sectors. A Master’s degree in HR Management or an MBA is required, but your real edge must be a deep, functional mastery of the QIWA and AJEER platforms, GOSI regulations, and the latest Nitaqat updates. You must have a proven track record of managing multicultural workforces and leading the "Saudization" strategies for major corporate clients across the Western Province.

Operational Focus at Al Salamah:

• Strategic Talent Mobility: Architecting the frameworks for seamless international recruitment and localized placement in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensuring 100% adherence to MoHRSD regulations while maintaining a zero-delay pipeline for Iqama renewals and labor transitions.
• P&L & Performance: Oversight of the SAR 32,000 monthly executive allocation, ensuring internal HR KPIs and client satisfaction levels are consistently exceeded.
• Corporate Culture: Building a high-performance internal team on Prince Sultan Road that reflects the "Consultative Excellence" Thuan Phat is known for globally.

Status & Eligibility: This position is open to elite HR professionals with a transferable Iqama or Saudi Nationals. Presence in our Jeddah office is mandatory, as you will be the primary point of contact for high-profile corporate clients and government regulatory bodies.
