Human Resources Director

Primary Duties:

• Work with the Employee recruitment specialist with interviews and backgrounds.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and Onboarding
• Conduct interviews with applicants for potential placement for open positions within the company.
• Records and maintains personnel files in accordance with company, state and federal regulations.
• Assist applicants with personnel issues or complaints.
• Update and maintain employee time daily.
• Complete payroll on a biweekly basis.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
• Assist the team with monthly in-service and/or continuing education.
• Complete tasks within allowed time frame.
• Includes additional tasks that may be assigned.
