Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Bangalore, onsite

Experience: 4–5 Years

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head – HR


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Onboarding

• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and smooth onboarding for new hires.


2. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication programs.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.


4. Performance Management

• Support in implementation of performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes.

• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development initiatives.


5. Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for monthly salary processing.

• Manage attendance, leave, and benefits administration.


6.Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources

• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).

• 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
