The HR Executive is responsible for supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance & payroll management, and policy implementation. This position requires a professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and people-friendly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Manage onboarding formalities, induction programs, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and generate related reports.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in processing payroll inputs and leave balances.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle documentation related to HR policies, letters (offer, increment, resignation, etc.), and compliance.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements.
Key Skills & Competencies Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
