Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and performance issues professionally.
• Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist management in developing HR strategies to improve workplace culture and productivity.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset to handle challenging situations with confidence.
• Work independently while following company guidelines and instructions from team leaders.
• Achieve monthly interview targets and contribute to overall company success.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000/month
• High Bonus potential: Top employees get good bonuses
• Short training period (unpaid). Upon successful completion and hiring, compensation begins immediately.
• Paid probation period applies once performance targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of HR service experience.
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. hours) and perform well under pressure.
• Must own a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong problem-solving, writing, and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn and grow.
