Human Resources Executive

The role involves managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent management. Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, ensuring employee engagement, addressing employee relations concerns, and staying informed on compliance with labor laws. Collaborating with departmental heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs is also an integral part of the role.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.

1-3 years of experience working in Human Resources.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
