About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and people-focused HR Executive to manage and oversee key aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate will help shape a strong workplace culture while ensuring HR practices align with HKW’s vision of professionalism and excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering engagement.
  • Oversee performance management and assist with training/development programs.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave management in partnership with finance.
  • Organize team-building initiatives and support workplace culture.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and employee well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
