Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will support daily HR functions, manage hiring needs, and ensure smooth operations aligned with company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding).
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain talent pipelines and update trackers/ATS.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth candidate communication.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary attendance and shift data.
• Support performance management activities.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
• Assist in implementing HR policies.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must).
• Ability to work in the evening shift (5:30 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Good understanding of HR processes, hiring platforms, and documentation.
