Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure alignment with the company's goals and values. Daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining HR guidelines, supporting recruitment, onboarding new employees, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and the ability to handle workplace concerns effectively
• Strong expertise in developing, implementing, and managing HR Policies
• Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
