Experience: 1-4 years in HR (Exposure to or work experience in the Middle East or EU regions is a plus)

No of positions : 4

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in HR/Business

Salary: ₹2.2-5 LPA + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, interviews, onboarding
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews & engagement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, payroll
• Develop HR policies & support training programs
• Handle grievances & foster inclusive culture
