UniHawk is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end Performance Management Systems (PMS) and HRMS platforms . The role requires strong ownership of digital HR processes, performance evaluations, and HR data management. In addition, the HR Executive will support payroll coordination, employee insurance administration, and visa/immigration processes , ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle we are looking for someone who can join immediately

Responsibilities


Performance Management System (PMS) – Core Mandate

  • Manage the complete PMS lifecycle including goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, and final evaluations.
  • Train employees and managers on PMS processes, timelines, KRAs, and performance expectations.
  • Facilitate KRA and goal setting aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate and track mid-cycle evaluations and follow-ups.
  • Ensure regular one-on-one discussions between managers and employees.
  • Act as the central coordination point for all PMS-related activities.
  • Review PMS submissions for accuracy, completeness, and rating justification.
  • Verify and finalize performance ratings as per internal guidelines.

HRMS & Digital HR Operations – Core Mandate

  • Maintain accurate employee data on the HRMS portal.
  • Manage PMS modules within the HRMS system.
  • Ensure timely updates, documentation uploads, and audit-ready records.
  • Generate HR and PMS reports for management review.
  • Support employees and managers with HRMS-related queries.

Payroll, Insurance & Visa Support

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing.
  • Assist with employee insurance enrollment, renewals, and documentation.
  • Support visa and immigration processes by coordinating with PROs and maintaining records.


Mandatory Experience & Skills

  • Hands-on experience with both PMS and HRMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance evaluation frameworks and KRAs.
  • Experience working on online HRMS portals with PMS modules.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • UAE/GCC HR experience is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to payroll, insurance, and visa processes.
