Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Lahore. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR management and operations, develop and implement HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and collaborating with department heads on talent management and HR strategies. The role also involves assessing and improving HR processes to support organizational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources-related functions
• Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and record management
• Ability to manage Employee Relations and foster a positive workplace environment
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and best HR practices is a plus

Experience

At least 1 or 3 years of relevant HR experience is required to apply for the HR Executive position.

Salary

Market competitive salary starting from 60K to 80 K depending on experience
