HR EXECUTIVE

Be the backbone of our people operations - managing the full employee lifecycle across our restaurants, kitchens, and office teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboarding, documentation & HRMS updates
• ⁠Payroll inputs, benefits & statutory compliances
• ⁠Employee records, reports & data accuracy
• ⁠Grievance handling & policy support
• ⁠Employee relations and engagement activities across locations

Who you are:

3+years of experience in HR Operations (hospitality/retail/FMCG preferred), strong understanding of HR processes and compliance, proficiency in Excel/HRMS systems, and excellent people skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
