Properties Exchange Real Estate LLC is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, and day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR functions within the company.


Key Recruitment Responsibilities :

Manage job postings across all platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, company channels).

Source and screen candidates daily based on department needs.

Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate pipelines.

Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and joining documentation.

Support onboarding by ensuring all paperwork and compliance steps are completed.


General HR Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate employee files and records.

Support internal HR communications and basic HR operations.


What We’re Looking For

Experience in recruitment or HR coordination.

Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.

Ability to multitask, screen fast, and meet hiring timelines.

Proficient in MS Office; Zoho experience preferred.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
