Human Resources Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Qualification: MBA (HR preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Assist in performance management and HR reporting
• Coordinate training and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

• MBA in HR or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Executive or similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
