Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Human Resources Executive role, located on-site in Pune. The position involves overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR management processes. The Senior Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management and teams to foster a supportive, efficient, and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Management and HR Operations to handle organizational needs effectively
• Strong abilities in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and team engagement
• Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies compliant with legal and regulatory standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and workforce management
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams in an inclusive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification in HR is a plus

Pay: ₹10,631.12 - ₹34,253.31 per month
