Human Resources Executive

Role Title: HR Executive

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full time


Experienced HR professional with strong hands-on expertise in outsourcing company with MOHRE processes and HR policies in Dubai, skilled in managing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, IDs, leave balances, payroll inputs, and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR letters and documents (offer letters, employment letters, NOCs, salary certificates, confirmations, etc.)
  • Handle end-to-end MOHRE employment visa processes : min. 3 years entry permits, renewals, cancellations, medicals, and Emirates ID coordination
  • Manage WPS submissions and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, inductions, clearances, and final settlements
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance enrollment and renewals
  • Track attendance, leave, and HR reports while ensuring confidentiality and compliance


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of HR Operations / Administration experience in the UAE
  • Hands-on experience with MOHRE, visa processing, WPS, and medical insurance
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR documentation processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Arabic speaking is plus.
