Human Resources Executive (Females)

Key Responsibilities:

>Maintain employee records and HR databases

>Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination

>Support employee engagement and retention activities

>Assist in performance management processes

>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

>Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues

>Conduct training and development programs

>Plan and organize employee engagement activities (games, events, team-building sessions)

Requirements:

>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

>Atleast 6 months - 1 years of HR experience (preferred)

>Strong communication and interpersonal skills

>Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

>Proficiency in MS Office
