Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR Functions Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
• Maintain Employee Records And Ensure Compliance With Policies.
• Support Staff With HR-Related Queries And Processes.
• Coordinate With Management To Implement HR Strategies.
• Assist In Developing And Maintaining A Positive Workplace Culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Human Resource Management (HRM) Or A Related Field.
• Proven Experience In An HR Role (Educational Background In HRM Will Be A Plus).
• Strong Communication And Organizational Skills.
• Ability To Work Independently During The Night Shift.
