Human Resources Executive (Operations)

Location: Mumbai

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations.

HR Executive will play a key role in managing core HR processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and effective HR operations.

Job Description:

  • Onboarding & Documentation - Manage end-to-end onboarding activities including employee documentation, offer formalities, and coordination of background verification (BGV) processes.

· Exit Management - Handle complete exit formalities, from resignation acceptance to final clearance, full & final settlement coordination, and documentation.

· Leave & Attendance Management - Monitor employees leave records and attendance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Employee Engagement & Relations - Support employee engagement initiatives, address employee queries, and assist in maintaining positive employee relations across the organization.

  • HR Letters & Records Management - Prepare and issue HR-related letters (appointment, confirmation, appraisal, exit, etc.) and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

· Learning & Development Coordination - Coordinate skill development and training programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining training records.

  • HR Systems & MIS - Maintain HRIS data, generate HR reports/MIS, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Good organizational skills (ability to prioritize and organize workload).
  • Good time management skills.
  • Willingness to manage multiple tasks whenever required
  • Good employee relations skills

Work Attitude:

· Good time keeping

· Display a positive and polite attitude whilst working.

· Follow guidelines and company policies laid down by Axium Global.

· Take responsibility of completing the task without any reminders.

· The ability to handle multiple tasks and a reasonable volume of work

Qualifications:

Any Graduate with an MBA or Diploma in HR Management.

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
