Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
Direct and oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and training programs to ensure a strong and capable workforce.
Supervise the development and execution of HR operations, including employee relations, organizational excellence, and HR services.
Monitor compensation, benefits, and workforce resources to ensure efficiency and compliance with allocated budgets.
Provide guidance on leadership and succession planning, ensuring alignment with organizational transformation initiatives.
Promote a positive, safe, and motivating work environment that supports employee growth and engagement.
Evaluate HR performance by establishing KPIs, monitoring results, and submitting periodic performance reports.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, work-life balance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Prepare annual reports and performance achievements in line with the strategic plan.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Preferably a Master's degree holder.
• At least 12 years of practical experience.
• Knowledge and awareness of local and international regulations and systems.
• Preferably holds a professional certification.
• Time management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to use relevant technologies and software applications.
