Human Resources Generalist

Job Title: HR Professional (Temp-to-Perm)

• Location: Doral, FL
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HR Professional for a temp-to-perm opportunity. The ideal candidate will support human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
• Support employee relations and address HR inquiries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives and programs.
• Assist with performance management, training, and development activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous HR experience or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
