What You'll Do & How You'll Innovate

As a Human Resources Generalist , you'll manage the full scope of daily HR functions while acting as a technology advocate to streamline processes and boost accuracy. Your key areas of impact will include:

AI-Powered Talent Acquisition & Analytics

Recruitment: You'll recruit and interview for all positions, developing relationships with external sources like employment agencies and universities.

Tech-Forward Sourcing: Apply your knowledge of AI tools for HR applications by leveraging platforms like Hire Vue, Eightfold, or LinkedIn Recruiter AI to source, screen, and match top-tier candidates.

Data-Driven Strategy: Use AI-driven analytics tools to monitor critical metrics, including turnover trends, employee engagement levels, and compensation benchmarks.


HR Operations & Employee Experience

Compensation & Bene fi ts: Administer compensation, explain benefits, and serve as an employee liaison to outside benefit services. You'll also negotiate salary offers for different employee levels.

Onboarding & Development: Lead new employee onboarding, orientation, and safety training . You'll coordinate employee training and help them create online profiles.

Compliance & Employee Relations: Maintain our HRIS , prepare payroll and routine reports, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. You will also be key to resolving complex employee concerns and conducting investigations.

Documentation: Prepare, revise, and maintain company job descriptions.

Required Quali fi cations

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution and 5-7 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Certi fi cation (Recommended): HR Certi fi cation (PHR / SHRM-CP) is a plus!

Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations, produce reports and manuals, and possess intermediate to advanced data entry skills .
