Human Resources Generalist

With facilities in Manchester and Bow, we offer a collaborative and stable work environment where HR plays a vital role in supporting our workforce.

We’re seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support HR initiatives and operational excellence across the Manchester and Bow locations. This role covers all aspects of HR, including recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement, with a strong focus on supporting production teams and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being hands-on across multiple HR disciplines

Responsibilities include:

• Full-cycle recruitment
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, and manage leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR systems
• Support employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Conduct regular site visits
• Conduct training
• Special projects and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience administering benefit plans (ICHRA) and leave programs required
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP WorkforceNow)
• Ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
