We're looking for a HR Generalist who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and being a go-to resource for employees and managers. If you're someone who values people, teamwork, and getting things done the right way, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do:

• Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR support
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientation
• Administer employee benefits and answer related questions
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance
• Support payroll updates, leaves of absence, and HR reporting
• Help coordinate training, recognition, and company events
• Jump in to assist with special projects and process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Experience or education in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Comfortable learning and using HR systems (Paycom experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
